Despite initial setbacks, she persevered, turning her venture into a thriving success. Little did she anticipate that her initial aspiration of franchising to just 50 branches would double, now proudly encompassing 180 branches across the Philippines alongside 2 international locations in Singapore. Overcoming early hurdles with sheer determination, she transformed her enterprise into a flourishing triumph.

Never in her wildest dreams had she envisioned that her culinary passion would pave the way for the creation of this contemporary local café, renowned for its vibrant ambiance, innovative renditions of classic dishes, and delectable desserts. Now, with over 4 restaurants and 6 cafe stores, it stands as a testament to the success of her vision and dedication.
Despite her busy schedule, Chef Cza prioritizes quality time with her family. “Balancing work and family is often challenging,” she acknowledges. “But even if you’re busy, you need to do something to make them feel your presence.”
