AvoSummerKada Promo Mechanics

1. Shoppers Eligibility

• The promo is open to all Avocadoria shoppers nationwide, giving them a chance to win a trip to Boracay for three (3) days and two (2) nights.
• The prize includes airfare tickets and accommodation only. Other expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.
• The promo period runs from April 1 to May 31, 2025.
• Each customer is allowed only ONE (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same customer will result in disqualification.
• To join, shoppers must:
  • Take a creative photo featuring at least 3 Avocadoria products with your barkada or family (minimum of 3 people in the picture).
  • Upload the photo on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, tag Avocadoria’s official account, and use the hashtag #AvoSummerKada.
  • Set the post to public so Avocadoria can view the entry.
  • Screenshot the post and submit it via Google Forms (tinyurl.com/AvoSummerKada).
• The post must remain public and should not be deleted until the winner is announced.
• The participant should like and follow all Avocadoria social Media pages.
• Inappropriate content (e.g., offensive language, explicit imagery) will be disqualified.
• The winner will be chosen via e-raffle (Wheel of Names) on June 10, 2025, at 2 PM in Avocadoria’s Head Office, witnessed by a DTI representative.
• The winning shopper will be notified via email, phone call, and snail mail.
• The winner’s name will be announced on all Avocadoria social media pages.

2. Prizes
   • 3 Economy Class Tickets to Boracay
   • 3 Days & 2 Nights Stay at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay
   • Premier Room (2 Queen Beds)

3. Winner Requirements
   • The winner must be at least 18 years old.
   • If the winner is under 18, they may still claim the prize but must travel with a parent or guardian
   • Only shoppers who fully complete their details upon entry submission are eligible to win.
   • Avocadoria reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not follow the mechanics.

4. Winner Selection & Claiming Process
   • The winner will be randomly selected via the Wheel of Names randomizer.
   • The winner will be announced on Avocadoria’s official Facebook page.
   • An official Avocadoria representative will contact the winner to discuss prize details.
   • The winner must submit the following:

    • Snail mail or email confirmation of their win
  • Once validated, the winner will be briefed on booking procedures.
  • The winner must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of the notification.
  • The winner has the flexibility to book their trip on any available dates within the year 2025 to 2026, subject to hotel and flight availability.

5. Prize Claiming Terms
   • The Avocadoria Marketing Team will handle the prize booking.
   • Employees of Avocadoria.ph, affiliate companies, advertising agencies, and their relatives (up to the second degree) are not eligible to join.
   • The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.

The official draw will take place on June 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, witnessed by a DTI representative.
