On February 18-19, 2025, we celebrated something truly special—The Avocadoria’s 6th anniversary. It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come, from a dream rooted in our love for avocados to creating something that touches so many hearts. This anniversary wasn’t just about celebrating our success, but about honoring the community that helped us get here, reflecting on our journey, and giving back with full hearts.
Planting Seeds of Growth at Sitio Nagsimbaoan
Our anniversary celebration kicked off in a place so close to our hearts—Sitio Nagsimbaoan in Brgy. Cacabugaoan, San Nicolas, Pangasinan, where it all began for us. This is where our dream of owning an avocado farm first took root. Fast forward six years, and we were proud to plant 400 avocado seedlings on our 1.9-hectare farmland, a symbol of how far we’ve come and a promise of a sustainable future.

The land is more than just soil and seedlings—it’s a living testament to the hard work, dedication, and love that built The Avocadoria. As we planted the trees, we also created jobs for the caretakers who will nurture this land and watch it grow with us. This was more than an anniversary event; it was a way of giving back to the land and the people who believed in us from the very start.
Giving Back to the Community That Raised Us
Chef Czarina’s journey wouldn’t be complete without a return to her roots. She went back to Sitio Nagsimbaoan, the place where she first dreamed of building her avocado business. With a heart full of gratitude, Chef Czarina gave back by distributing over 180 food packs to the community that helped shape her childhood.

Sitting in the same community that once nurtured her, Chef Czarina couldn’t help but reminisce. The people of Sitio Nagsimbaoan were her first teachers, the ones who showed her what it means to work hard and dream big. This was her way of saying “thank you” for the support, love, and memories that will forever be a part of her.
A Day of Celebration at West Central SPED School
What better way to celebrate our 6th anniversary than by going back to where it all began—Chef Czarina’s alma mater, West Central SPED School in San Nicolas, Pangasinan? Walking through the same halls where she spent her grade school days, Chef Czarina was filled with emotion as she met with the Grade 1 and SPED students. These young minds, full of hope and potential, reminded her of the dreams she once had as a child

To make the day even more special, we shared the joy with the students by giving away our Avocado Naked Light Ice Cream, Avo stuffed toys, tumblers, and toys. Seeing their faces light up as they received these small tokens of love was a moment we’ll never forget. It was a celebration of not just our success, but of the future we hope to inspire.
A Gift for San Nicolas National High School
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we also made a donation to San Nicolas National High School—three Iwata air coolers for the students and faculty. We wanted to ensure that this gift went beyond just the present moment, supporting the students’ education and their comfort as they continue to grow and learn. It was a small gesture, but one that we hope will make a big difference.

Looking Back, Moving Forward
As we look back on the past six years, our hearts are full of gratitude. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. From planting avocado trees to giving back to the communities that helped us grow, this anniversary reminded us of the importance of staying rooted in what matters: people, community, and the love that fuels our passion.

Here’s to the next chapter—one where we continue to grow, share, and give back, just as we’ve always dreamed. Thank you for being a part of The Avocadoria’s story, and for helping us make these six years unforgettable. We can’t wait to see what the future holds, together.
